Du arbeitest direkt mit unserem Geschäftsführer zusammen und stehst ihm als persönliche Assistenz in allen Belangen zur Seite.

Du unterstützt bei der Abwicklung sämtlicher administrativer sowie organisatorischer Aufgaben (Terminorganisation, Reiseorganisation).
Du stellst die professionelle Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Geschäftsterminen sicher.
Du heißt unsere Kunden willkommen und stellst sicher, dass sie sich bei uns gut aufgehoben fühlen.
Du verstehst Dich als Teamplayer und stehst in engem Austausch mit unserem Sales-Team.
Du bist bereit zu regelmäßigen Dienstreisen im In- und Ausland.
